Thank you to valerie and her team for handling the sale of my house. valerie was always easy to reach and responded to queries and the process was free of any unexpected issues. there were some issue with the 3rd party verification app used and documents going missing or part-missing, hence the 4 stars not 5. regardless, i would recommend gepp.
