Finding someone who you can trust with your fur babies is a very daunting task and a deal breaker for booking a holiday. Pickle & Co were professional and caring from the first minute they met our pets and we trusted them completely. The photo and video updates were hilarious and we wondered if our fur babies wanted us to come home because they looked like they were having a wonderful time! We would not hesitate to recommend Jenny and James to people we know and to complete strangers. They treated our fur babies like they were members of their family, something that was completely unexpected and very touching.

I started using Pickle & Co around 2 years ago with my other dog. I now use them for my new puppy, Winnie. The favourite part of my day is seeing the Instagram updates of Winnie playing with her friends. I'm a teacher and started using the service as I didn't want Winnie on her own for too many hours - I don't necessarily need the service now, but I would never stop using them, as the service is absolutely outstanding and seeing Winnie so happy is priceless. As a company, Jenny & James go the extra mile. Any requests or details are accommodated when possible, the pic/ vid updates are great, communication is always perfect and they're both generally honest, reliable and amazing people. I'm so happy to have found them and very grateful for them as a company and now, friends. The pair of them have such love for all animals, it's not just a business. It's more than that. I said this before, but if I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I really would.

We have been using Pickle and Co as our dog walkers for over a year now and we couldn't be more happy with the care they provide. Jenny and James love our dogs and all of the animals they look after like they are their own. They always update us with any issues or just some great photos or videos of what a lovely time our dogs are having. They go out of their way to fit in with our schedule wherever possible even at short notice. 100% would recommend them 👍👍

Jenny and James recently looked after my one-year-old cat Charlie and they were absolutely brilliant! Jenny came round a few days before to meet Charlie, to run through any questions I had and so I could show her everything she needed to look after Charlie. While I was away Jenny made sure to Whatsapp over pictures of Charlie each visit and keep me updated on how he was. It was clear both Jenny and James spend quality time with him as he was incredibly happy on my return. I'll definitely be making use of Pickle & Co on my next holiday and can't recommend them enough!

When I started a new full time job my main worry was who to trust with taking Teddy a daily walk. On meeting Jenny I was instantly put at ease with her love and knowledge of animals. Jenny took time to find out more about the likes and dislikes of our fur baby but also my anxieties. Teddy is walked daily and he loves his walks with Jenny and James. Teddy gets excited when he is collected so he can join his new pup friends on their daily walk adventures. I also love the photos being shared of his walks. I am so glad I found Pickle and Co Pet Care and I cannot recommend them enough and Teddy agrees!
