We found Douglas online, when our dishwasher stopped working we searched for an engineer read good reviews for East Coast Appliances so thought we would give him a try to fix our dishwasher. So pleased we did, he was fairly priced and knew the machine inside out, the problem was soon fixed. Very pleased with all aspects of the company and have since used him again to sort a washing machine. On the second occasion he was just as effective. I am writing this review after the fixes i forgot to write it up before. I called east coast appliances again today 18.08.23 , this was connected to a broken switch on the electric oven. Douglas talked me through what I had to do after I had explained the issue and sent photos. i was able to fix it myself with the instruction given by douglas. Super honest great value, and good morals do use the company you will not be disappointed. 10/10. Mark and Karen
