Hatfields Budget and Clearance Store

Hatfields is always our first port of call for furniture etc. Range of products is very good, showroom layout & staff are excellent. They carry stock of items that is always out of the ordinary which makes this store so interesting to visit. Both the main store & the outlet across the road have a coffee shop & food is a treat too. Both are hard to beat. Nothing compares in the area!!

My wife and I recently purchased a new bed, drawer divan base and mattress from Hatfields. As past customers of Hatfield’s and having been very happy with the service received, we made them our first point of contact. This time it was no different, Shelley in the bedding department was very customer focussed and helpful in helping us to make a final decision. The delivery was made by Chris and Paul and they were professional inasmuch respecting our property and the bedroom they were working in to assemble the bed. I had approached some other bedding companies nation wide and having got their prices I presented these to Hatfields via Shelley. The icing on the cake was that they matched and even bettered these prices so best price topped with excellent service.

I was in store looking for a new mattress and struggling to make a decision. One of the staff members, Ian, came over to help and was friendly and knowledgeable about the products without being overly pushy or trying to get the best sale out of me. He gave me his personal opinion on the 2 mattresses I was torn between buying and was ever so patient with me...he even directed me to the coffee shop with a complimentary drink coupon so I could mull my decision over. You've got an asset there in Ian and he definitely made my shopping experience much more pleasant than I'd anticipated. Big thanks again to him...and the mattress I finally decided on is just right too!

This is our go to stop off for coffee and lunch. Service excellent and customers always served with a smile. Good value for money - all day breakfast and great home made cakes 🍰..what more could you ask for!!

We walked in on a Sunday morning expecting to go around a few different shops looking for a mattress. The experience and knowledge shown by the staff meant we didn't need to go anywhere else. Ordered in and collected two weeks later, highly recommend using this smaller local business instead of the huge chains
