A Local Company with an Excellent Customer Service We were looking to replace our very old and unsightly garage door with a modern and remotely operated one. After contacting the BFCC Garage Doors their sales team worked with us to design a bespoke garage door we were looking for. They were very helpful in advising us, answering all our queries and talking to us about the available options in terms of design and colours. In addition, their installers were very professional and did a great job. We are very happy with our new garage door and I would highly recommend BFCC Garage Doors based on my experience.

The experience from quote to completion of installation was first class. The decision to choose BFCC over their competitors was made easy for us because they were the only company to provide a price that included all building works, including a structural engineer's recommended steel beam. Communication with the sales team was very good and included site visits by a member of their team and the building contractor. We were on a tight time schedule to get the new door installed and BFCC moved quickly to meet our deadline. Installation was well co-ordinated over two days: day one involved the builder removing the central column from our double garage and replacing the existing lintels with the new beam - excellent standard of work; day two saw the arrival of a team of fitters from BFCC, who installed the roller door in just a few hours - more excellent work. And we love the new door!

Brilliant company with amazing service. The door they fitted was very good quality and they couldn't have done more to help. A couple of minor things have gone wrong since, but they've fixed them with no bother at all which has only made me think more of them. Would highly recommend.

These guys are outstanding!! Had a roller door from BFCC for a while now and no problems. A week or so ago however the door stopped half way down and after lots of trying different things and investigations online I couldn’t suss what was wrong. It was bank holiday weekend so a fair amount of manual winding later I rang BFCC Tuesday about 8am. Very nice lady said they had a chap in my area that morning and he’d pop in and do a few tests to check for the problem. An hour or so later a van pulled up with a very polite chap. Left him to it for about 5/10 minutes and he’d diagnosed the motor was shot and would need replacing. He had been told by the lady it was still under warranty so would go back and sort out the repair and they’d be in touch. I was expecting a parts order and a wait of at least a week or so. An hour later a phone call to say that a fitter would be round that afternoon to swap the motor. Another nice polite chap arrived an hour or two later and the whole thing was fixed by about 14.30 that same day. If only all service issues were dealt with like this the world would be a much happier place! 😊👍 Thank you BFCC for sorting things so efficiently and saving my poor shoulders from the continued manual winding 😉 Highly, highly recommend this team 👍👍👍

Really pleased with the quality/fitting of my new garage door & adjoined sofit/fascia - it's made my garage look a lot more modern. BFCC were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and the price was competitive. Highly recommend.
