Divas Hair Salon Colchester

I had my first appointment today at Divas. I had a Kerastase treatment alongside a cut and style with Gemma. I wanted to start off thanking George for the most amazing head massage and for my treatment. Gemma is absolutely phenomenal. I came in knowing how much could possibly have to be cut from my hair after years of on off bleach damage (the last round being the worst) and Gemma talked me through exactly what she was going to do treatment wise and how much needed to be cut off the length and how she would then cut the rest to try and blend with breakage higher up but she still left the decision of how much to cut off the length down to me. I decided to have quite a chunk off and the way Gemma has cut my layers in and the cut round the front of my face is by far the best cut I have ever had! And the volume she gave me on the blowdry was amazing!! We had a good chat about what products and treatments I am currently doing at home and she recommend a redken spray which I have just ordered. The salon is gorgeous and clean and they have the most comfortable chairs at the basin!! Everyone there is really lovely and they are all happy and so welcoming. I have already booked in for my next cut and style and Gemma has bravely agreed to help me on a colour journey also! I cannot recommend Divas enough. Thank you again Gemma for all that you done for me today.

Lovely salon with friendly staff. Have had my hair cut by same stylist for many years. Good hairdressers are hard to find 🙂

First appointment at the salon and received a very warm welcome from all staff. Thank you for a great hairwash and massage George. Meg was lovely and very attentive. Really pleased with my colour and a brilliant blow dry. Will be back.

Absolutely in love with my hair. I hadn’t had my hair cut in over 2 years and have always been extremely nervous about getting my hair cut due to previous experiences. Megan did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable and her knowledge over what I should have done made me feel at ease and I was so happy with the results!
