I have my haircut in ID hairdressers first time very nice lady do my haircut I'm very happy with my hair she do a good job and I will be back with them 😄😄

Such an amazing team and so professional. Kaitlin styled my hair beautifully and I left feeling fabulous. Absolutely recommend her, they all do a fantastic job 😊

Terrible service. I was booked in with the Director/Owner Ian today only to be told 20minutes before my appointment by Johnny that Ian was not coming in to do my hair and therefore my appointment could not take place, I’d already arrived in Colchester. To receive this service from the owner is appalling. Even when I arrived to a clearly empty salon with one customer, I was greeted by a 10 year old child on reception, who returned from speaking to Johnny upstairs and proceeded to give me this message. Rather than management come out to explain and personally apologise I had to request to speak to them. It is clear that I was not worth the journey in to a quiet day at the salon. I was a new client to this salon and wanted to try a hairdressers who i’d researched and thought I could trust. Disappointed.

Really great place, love the cut and colour!The staff are friendly and professional.I am always very happy when I leave and always receive compliments on my hair.Definitely the best salon around and looking forward to coming back again!
