The staff were so friendly, they offered some drinks while waiting and in between each toner drying. The hairstylist set realistic expectations early on and did an amazing job with the two tone balayage I gave as reference !! :) definitely my new go-to salon for touch ups required in the future

Rung for an appointment for my children and got two appointments for the next day. I didn't mention it over the phone but I think I was quite nervous as I had never taken the girls to a hairdresser's before, and they are 9 (asd) and an 11 year old. And never being in a salon before, I think they were nervous actually what was going to happen. Although I gave them an outline on what was going to happen (I didn't even get the ladies who were their names) they was so professional and accommodating it was unreal, so after fighting, who was going to go first. What I really liked was that she was asking my daughter what she wanted. she was also checking in with me, but it wasn't my hair. Anyone with children will understand that sometimes kids play up having a hair wash. Which is a chore every bathtime with my kids, who sat and had their hair washed today with no problems at all. I think they both more than enjoyed it. The consistent check ins with both girls and if they wanted to stop at any time was extra amazing for them. Both ended up with amazing hair washes and hair cuts and finishes. Both are really happy children and one happy mum too. The biscuits at the end were a bonus, of course. So I just wanted to say thank you very much, and of course, we will all be back xxx

Got my hair done for the first time in Colchester since I moved about a month ago. I was really worried because of the weather and I've had bad experiences with hairdressers in the past. I was immediately put at ease - I have long curly hair and needed it done straight and smooth for an award video and photo shoot the next day in London. I hope the hairdresser sees this - she did the most amazing job, my hair has never lasted this long, and looked so smooth in quite a while because of how tight my curls are. If that's not enough, I'm new to the area and tried to call an Uber late that night (7 pm), and it was saying, "No available drivers." They were so sweet and helpful and called a cab for me and waited for me to get in safe. I can't thank these ladies enough, I'm so happy about how it turned out, and I will definitely be returning.
