I found paradise care from a very positive article in the echo newspaper, they were extremely helpful and friendly from our very first conversation. nisha came and met my uncle, and was helpful, honest, and suggested what she thought would be appropriate for a start point, and reviewed and adapted the care as his needs changed as time went on. their carers took their time to befriend my uncle, make him comfortable, and once he told me how nice they were and he enjoyed their company. nisha and gokul (who run paradise care) provided regular, thorough feedback on how the care was going, any needs that were changing, and even helped me source new items i needed to buy. in summary, i am so pleased we chose them, we were very lucky nisha. gokul and their team were able to help us. if i have any friends, or family who need a similar kind of care to help them or their loved ones, i will advise them to go straight to paradise care.

Paradise care have been excellent looking after my mother, helping her in the mornings to get dressed, washed, sort breakfast and lunch and set up for the day. they also visit late afternoon to prepare tea and get set up for the evening/night-time. main carer lakshmi is smiling, engaging and friendly with excellent back-up from nisha who has made numerous follow-up calls to check that everything is okay with mum. when mum came out of hospital after a short stay, they were back up and running with their excellent care the very same day. a huge thank you to them from our family
