Premier Inn Colchester Town Centre (Castle) hotel

have stayed here many times over the past few years whilst on business in Colchester - good location and very helpful and friendly staff - breakfast always excellent - very impressed with the exemplary patience of staff and their interaction with customers. Definitely worth paying extra for the Premier Plus rooms.

Lovely hotel looks as if rooms had recently been redone. bed comfy as usual and they have WORKING AIRCON too. Wasn't worth doing the meal deal as they didn't have half of the food on the menu but that's a supplier issue staff are very friendly and more than happy to help with any problems.

Lovely stay. Me and my partner stayed in a premier plus room. We drove down from west Norfolk and arrived an hour early. Kev on the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful and helped us get into our room earlier. Had a walk around the town in the heat and came back to a lovely, clean, air conditioned room. Unlimited breakfast in the morning was delicious with loads to choose from. Will definitely stay again.

Outstanding ***** The staff are a credit to premier Inn. Very welcoming and friendly something that is missing from British hospitality and hotels these days. Hotel is very clean and very nicely designed and decor. Easy to park as long as it's not busy. 2 mins to the centre and castle on foot. Will be back for sure.
