Leonora is lovely to talk to - she listens and facilitates a two-way dialogue so that conversation is very comfortable. my focus was to alleviate bruxism (jaw clenching) with hypnotherapy and this was a return visit after several years to 'top-up'. it was a wonderful, deep experience and i (and my jaw) are much more relaxed now! with or without hypnotherapy, leonora offers a broad scope of therapies and blends them seamlessly to help you find the answers you are seeking. thank you, leonora!
