We used HS Legal for the sale of a £575k property (no chain). The entire process was very efficient and completed in 45 days (would have been 24 days if purchaser had not gone overseas), at less than half the cost quoted by our local solicitors. Very Happy.

After a search we decided to use these for our conveyancing. They handled our sale. Were very professional when advising for a flat we were going to buy but we eventually pulled out of that sale and when we found another property were very quick in replying and advancing the sale. Always were able to drop in with short notice to collect or sign paperwork as required. Uzma was very helpful and again she was very quick to reply to questions and always appeared to know where we were in the sale even though she must have quite a work load.
