My partner and I went into store recently to purchase our Wedding Rings, Tracey was absolutely amazing, she was patient whilst we tried on most of the stock! Professional but also down to earth, she made the whole exciting experience of buying our rings 10x better, the rings themselves are beautiful and reasonably priced.

Fantastic service. Stopped by on the off-chance as the spring bar had failed on my watch/strap. Catherine looked at it straight away and send she could fix it in two minutes- and she did! And all for one pound fifty pence. Incredible.

I was shopping for a certain Tissot ladies watch which they hadn’t got in store. Sam managed to get hold of one for me from the warehouse and phoned the next day to say it had come in. I went to various jewellers in town and Ernest Jones was by far the most helpful and was welcomed when entering the store. First class service. Thank you from one very happy customer.
