I popped into the Colchester Branch and was Greeted by a young lady named Georgia, Georgia was very professional and friendly in helping me purchase a birthday gift for my daughters 21st. A very decent experience, premises and staff were warm and friendly, The purchase was efficient and the service personal. Will definitely visit again.

Popped in to browse for my wedding ring and was helped by the lovely Ola. She showed what first class customer service is. Patient, understanding, knowledgeable and she got involved in the excitement of the occasion. Being a huge decision Ola offered for us to put 10% deposit down on the ring I liked and to order it in my size to try with my engagement ring. The ring was delivered to the shop within 3 working days! We popped back as soon as we could and was greated by the smiling Ola as she remembered us. The ring is perfect!! The lovely Lucy packaged it in a gorgeous box and brought it to show us before putting it in the bag. First class service from both ladies. We will be back for the eternity ring x
