Went to H Samuel Colchester to see if they could untangle my necklace. It’s a piece of jewellery that means a lot to me and I couldn’t sort it myself. They were so friendly, had untangled it within a few minutes and I was so thankful. Great customer service!
Came here two/three years ago when I purchased an engagement ring for my fiancée which Zara at H.Samuel helped me pick that out. She was really friendly and very very helpful. Now looking at wedding rings for myself and yet again Zara has been super friendly and helped me narrow my choices of wedding rings. She even cleaned the engagement ring and done a marvellous job. Looks brand new! Would highly recommend Zara at H.Samuel!
Came into the store today to collect an item that had been re- plated. Firstly the ring looked like new so very happy. I also took advantage of the free clean which was amazing, my rings sparkled again. I was served by Zara, who was fabulous , very helpful and just lovely to be served by. H Samuel Colchester are very lucky to have Zara working for them. I have to say that the other members of staff were very friendly too.
