Alan was fantastic help, he was prompt and very polite, he was extremely helpful and talked me through everything he was doing so that I could best understand what was broken and how to fix it. When he found out I was NHS he offered the work for free! In an out with 15 minutes I was really blown away by how great he was, I have never come across a trade professional that has ever done that for me before. I'll definitely be recommending him to others.

Excellent service, I highly recommend Lockforce. Alan was amazing, friendly, extremely professional and helpful. He came to help my elderly mother very quickly after I contacted him. I am so grateful to him for being so fair, kind and understanding and ensuring my mother felt secure and safe in her home. There were issues with her locks and doors before Alan arrived, he fixed everything from changing a lock to adjusting doors superbly. He explained everything so clearly and made sure my mother was happy before he left. He was absolutely brilliant.

Brilliant service throughout and reasonable pricing so no need to haggle. Had a digital lock installed and Alan was great at knowing exactly which lock we required and we couldnt be happier for our new system. Top class!
