The best tradesman I have had dealings with for years! He gave me the best price which I accepted on the phone then reduced when the job was done, after showing up 10mins early, did the job quickly and efficiently. He advised me on how not to make the same mistake, and cut me a free key. AND ALL ON CHRISTMAS DAY!!!😀
Denis is really professional and great with delivering customer service that is above and beyond. He cut keys for me after my keys cut by Timpsons didn't work - this was at 7.30pm when every other key cutting service was closed. Absolute life saver this evening as I had a tenant moving in and needed these cut urgently. Needless to say I will be using his services and recommending him to EVERYONE!
