Ross helped us get back into the house on a bank holiday after a weekend away. He was very prompt, fitting in other jobs around our arrival time so he arrived literally a minute after we got home. Did the job quickly and for a good price. Will recommend to others!

Had an issue where the front door handle on a upvc door sheared off in my hand. Ross at RJ Locksmith was recommended to me by a neighbour. Ross responded to my initial call, and attended the next day. He advised the cost plus parts, and fixed the problem with a replacement fitting/handle. Couldn't fault the service, and price was reasonable.
We had an issue with one of our entrance doors that needed repairing asap. Ross arrived with his team a short while after I phoned him and sorted the issue. He will be our go to person from now on for any issues, business or home - 100% recommended.
