Staff are all great, no problems there. bensons emails are flippin' relentless. emails every day for several days including more days where they sent more than one. just a bit excessive!
Very helpful person called scott who works out front. great way with customers. very honest and helpful. great place to get a bed. delivery is spot on. half hour call before. 2 jour time slot. just overall really helpful and a great quality bed and mattress.
Fantastic delivery experience from william & kelvin. they called when they were about 20 mins away and when the arrived nothing was too much trouble. they were polite & friendly and even put on shoe protectors before carrying the king size bed and mattress up to our bedroom. really great service - highly recommended.
