Dreams Colchester

The first thing I noticed about this store was how well presented it was, the staff were very friendly, in particular Craig who assisted us, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, and asked if would like to try Dreams “Sleepmatch” which uses seniors to take statistical measurements taking into consideration any problems with your neck back etc. ( it was a bit like having a massage) it then suggests mattress to try. We were looking for a mattress similar to a previous purchase from Dreams, we were shown equivalent ones, and the one we decided on featured on the list provided by the “Sleepmatch” Over all a very good experience……

Fantastic service from Amanda at the Colchester Stanway store. Very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Happy to give us plenty of time and recommend the best bed for us not the most expensive. Thank you Amanda for your help!

The staff are competent, professional and personable. The store is large and clean. At no time were we put under pressure to make a purchase however, after using the Dreams “sleep match” system we did. Not only did we buy a mattress but an adjustable bed as well! We highly recommend them.

Craig gave us exceptional service. He talked us through the mattress system and showed us the mattresses that he thought would suit us. He gave us time on our own to try them again on our own. There was no pressure to buy a particular mattress at all. It is the first time we have been to Dreams and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending you.

We had brilliant service from both Tony and Amanda. Very friendly and not pushy. They let us go at our own pace. Really liked Dreams, their products and their after care policies.
