Mattressman

My elderly parents have ordered beds with parts missing and they keep promising to call back but never do and when we speak to them after contacting them they say the parts are going to be delivered in 3 days and never are. Then they say the supplier is not communicating with them and they can’t get hold of them. They have had theses beds for over a month which are unusable. This is absolutely shocking and frustrating how they are happy to let an old couple suffer with no beds and not able to sleep properly and not willing to resolve the issue with urgency

Salesman great, delivery a total shambles, rude and dis respectful, couldn't careless attitude. Will not use mattressman again due to delivery company attitude

Limelight Rosa Fabric Bed (King Size) Mattressman set an example of how efficient and hassle-free all online/phone purchases should be – first class! I found the bed I’d taken a liking to at a great price on their site and as I had a couple of questions, gave them a call. I spoke to a guy named John Sotiriou who answered my questions, took me through the order and payment, and gave me a delivery date 2 working days later – quick. The bed arrived, was easily assembled and wow! What a lovely looking, classy and quality bed it is, beautiful. I also got a purchase invoice emailed to me (had to call them for it, entirely my fault as I made an error in mail address) and the invoice was mailed to me within a minute, again very proficient. I’m shortly to purchase a new mattress, I can’t be alone in finding the purchase of a new one something of a minefield, the huge choice, the price ranges, all the terminology!? So I took the opportunity to ask John what this and that meant. He kindly explained the terminology in plain English and also gave me a recommendation for what I was looking for. Great, hassle-free service across the board. I did call to thank John but he wasn’t around at the time. As mentioned at the outset, this is how all online/phone purchases should be – excellent. Thank you. Highly recommended.

From walking through the doors, talking to Lewis - who was very knowledgeable & friendly, easy to browse showroom - with plenty of information, too the purchase I made, follow up call from Lewis & emails - to the delivery of my mattress. All was a fantastic & painless experience. The delivery guys where awesome & very professional too.. I even had a follow up call as I’d over pain by £3 on my mattress protector, from Gill, she was lovely.. I Highly Recommend Mattressman in Stanway Colchester, Essex.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update… After receiving such an awesome service from mattressman, and everybody involved. I realise that my divan base was broken so popped back in. Where else would I go saw the manager of the Stanway branch (Sorry forgot your name) had an amazing chat what an amazing guy and purchased a divan, again really simple process very straightforward. Had it delivered, the delivery guys again were fantastic, I’m now all set and I’m having the best night sleep to be honest ever.. A massive thank you to everyone involved, I already gave you five stars, but you know what I’m gonna give you another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend mattressman, don’t even think about going anywhere else. Best nights sleep you’ll ever have, great prices professional knowledgeable people who were honest and caring, What else do you need?
