Fresh Shawerma

This place is absolutely great the food is delicious, so simple, and very good on price. I gend to always have the mixed lamb and chicken shawerma with chilli and mint yoghurt sauce. The bread is freshly made in the clay oven, tandoori style, slapped onto the inside walls. Then the juicy cooked prices of meat are sliced off then placed into the bread which is now like a fluffy pancake style and charred to perfection. The salad goes in, sauces on top, then all wrapped up in heat insulating paper. Throw in the chips and a drink (all for just £7) it's its an absolute treat.

Popped into Colchester today, fancied something to eat, either Gyro’s or Shawarma, well the latter won, I see this establishment a week ago, so I thought I would give it a try, well I wasn’t disappointed, fabulous taste and the place was a hive of activity, telling me one thing, that the food must be good, next time I’m going to try them in the bread cake, I ended up getting 2 as everything looked fresh and healthy. Bravo guy’s right on the button for taste, and value for your money, this place will definitely be on my list next time I’m in Colchester. 5 ⭐️ all round 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻

Best restaurant in Colchester, very good value for money and the brothers that work during the day are very generous with their portions. Would recommend to everyone, customer service was also great. Had a nice chat with one of the guys working and they're incredible down to earth, they deserve all the best. Love bossman, better in every way than any other takeaway in Colchester.

So good. Mixed shawarma wrap for a fiver. So fresh tasty and delicious. They make the bread there and then in a tandoori oven. Great meat. Salad. And every sauce offer you can imagine! One of the best I have ever had. DELICIOUS. Colchester is not my manor. But might be worth a return trip for a shawarma!
