I have only good things to say about Ionut and Alad. They are very reliable and do a great job. They clean the windows on a regular basis (about 7 years now!) and always text in advance. They are very friendly and nothing is too much bother. They have also cleaned all the windows inside the house too. Very dependable and trustworthy - I would highly recommend 😊

I have used J&A now for a year. We have set up a schedule for when they come to my property they always come when they say they will; they clean the roof of my verandah and three hard to reach windows. They are really professional, really friendly, and clean to a really high standard. I would definitely recommend using them.

John came nice and early, he was very professional and conscientious .He cleaned our large conservatory inside and out and what a super job in very hot,tough circumstances. Would highly recommend.

Decent fee and decent job with skylights and patio was left clean. Issues were pressure washed away the patio jointing and left a bit of mess with bits of grit left on furniture and grass and blitzed the bbq cover. A bit more care and communication would go a long way. Gave small discount for lack of communication but repointing patio turns out is very expensive.

We were very happy with the service that John delivered. He came when he said he would and was courteous and efficient. The garden room windows inside and out are gleaming and we are pleased with the sofa, rugs and bedroom carpet cleaning also We will use him again B & C
