Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Colchester

I went in with an appointment yesterday but they couldn't find it. After apologising I was booked in as a walk in and was seen by a lovely.lady who did my eye test. My main review is to thank Natalie who went through the glasses I liked and recommended a different pair that sat better on my face as I use varifocals. Very thorough and courteous and went through everything with me. Very pleased with the overall outcome

Well, service delivery was top notch. The moment I got into the specsavers, Colchester, I was made to feel welcomed and I was promtly attended and after my eyes pressure readings were found to be excessively high, necessary steps were immediately taken for further actions. Rpatel was fantastic and she even did a follow up after the initial contact. The team was great. Thank you, Specsavers Colchester.

Been a contact lens wearer for years. Decided to get back on a lens scheme opposed to buying online myself. Came and visited for contact lens appointment. Dina was fantastic from start to finish.
