I phoned Pestway early hours of the morning and got a call back immediately. Immediately John was very helpful. He kindly came down and reassured me there were no concerns and did not charge for the visit! I will definitely be using him in the future should any problems occur and would recommend him to anyone, very knowledgeable as well!

We had our chimney swept and log burner repaired, some ingress of water had got in from the top of the stack. Upon inspection and video footage it was deemed we needed the stack repointed and the pots re bedded and flauntched. Great service and workmanship, job done when it was booked in for. Very pleased with this business, will use again
