Steve is incredibly knowledgable and provided me with so many useful pieces of information. Not only did he provide a great diagnoses and plan for rehab/ recovery he gave me a lot of additional help with queries that were not even the subject of my visit. I can't recommend him enough . In my opinion he went above and beyond what was needed. Will have no hesitations about using his services again in the future.

Firstly, Stephen managed to see me really quickly which was great as I was experiencing pain for a little while. Stephen, very quickly, gained an understanding of me. I felt listened to and everything was explained, demonstrated and practiced in a very clear way. I also gained knowledge of why I was experiencing pain to help my understanding. The room is immaculate and I felt comfortable straight away. I would highly recommend.

I recently had two sessions with Stephen following some knee issues and he has been amazing! He has a very calm and warm manner with a good sense of humour which instantly put me at ease. He really took the time to listen to what I was saying and to have a look at my knee before talking through the issue which really helped me feel understood. He gave a clear explanation of why I was having pain and what I could do about it. After two sessions, I am virtually pain free and feeling much more confident. Thank you so much Stephen!

Great session with Stephen today. Took time to learn the story of my issue. From there he was able to assess other contributing factors and explain clearly his thoughts. By the end of my very first session, I could already see some improvement and had been given a good understanding of what I could do to improve further and more permanently. This was also followed up with videos of my prescribed exercises and a regimen to follow until our next session. When I arrived, I thought I had a limitation I had to live with. When I left, I felt that I wasn't a million miles away from reducing pain and being able to move more freely again. Will recommend to anyone that will listen.

Stephen has really helped me get my wrist back in action for CrossFit. He takes time to listen to what is happening, patiently analyses the issue and then takes you through the process of fixing it. All done professionally and with a smile , great guy, will def be recommending Stephen to my friends & family. Brilliant from start to finish
