We ordered in store. The server struggled to understand our order which became quite stressful and when it was ready it was missing something. We let him know and waited a further 5 mins for the item. The whole team were very apologetic and gave us some free deserts. I was very impressed with how they dealt with the isuue

I ordered the Asian Classic mix and spicy goujon at 6.30pm and the app told me the pizza would arrive by 7.15 but it arrived 15 minutes late. The pizza itself was decent but lukewarm, which was disappointing. Don't claim you can deliver within 45 minutes if you know you can't live up to that. It wasn't worth £18.38
