Responded promptly to my call and came round the following morning. Soon found and fixed the issues, keeping our ageing boiler going for a few more years, and all for a very reasonable fee. A lovely fellow too.

I called Neil based on the fantastic reviews and could not have been happier. Neil came out today - as I had a problem with my hot water and radiators not getting hot - he visited within a couple of days of calling, did an incredibly thorough investigation and rectified the problem as soon as he'd diagnosed what the issue was. I'd called a few gas/heating engineer companies in Colchester as we had no hot water and none of them picked up but luckily Neil did. He diagnosed everything over the phone so when he did come by, he knew exactly what needed fixing and so he can try to get any parts in advance. Once a time/date is agreed he confirms this via text/WhatsApp, then on the day he messages to confirm you still need the work doing and also before he makes his way to you so you know exactly where you stand at every step. It was great chatting to Neil while he got it all back up and running and he noted down any other issues we should keep an eye on as we haven't had the boiler serviced as often as we should, although I think that'll be changing after this. Overall, just a really positive experience with a professional, top marks all around.
