Fenn Wright Colchester

My wife and I recently sold our home in Colchester via Fenn Wright. When selecting which local Estate Agency to use, we carefully vetted three local companies to ensure that our interests would be best served. Our initial contact with Fenn Wright was with 'Jonathan Perry' from their 'signature properties' team who instantly impressed us with his many years of local estate agency knowledge and a highly professional yet very personable approach. On meeting Jonathan he set a very high bar, which the others two companies couldn't quite match. We went on to list the property in March 22 and secured a sale very quickly. Thereafter we then found ourselves on the open market as a potential buyers opposed to vendors. At this juncture we registered with various agencies seeking a fairly specific type of property. Our search frequently led us back to Fenn Wright in Colchester where we were once again acquainted with Jonathan Perry and also the Branch Partner Phil Lay-Flurrie. Once again, it has to be said that both Jonathan and Phil and the extended team (for that matter) were great to deal with, offering us a series of potentially suitable properties to consider over the course of the next three / four months. I am delighted to say, that with the expert guidance of Phil Lay-Flurrie we secured a purchase via Fenn Wright Colchester and are now in the process of renovating a fantastic new home in a great location in the Colne Valley. We can't thank the guys at Fenn Wright enough for their highly professional and valued guidance throughout all transactional aspects of our initial sale, and thereafter purchase.
