Sapphire Property Management

Haven’t dealt too much with Sapphire until recently. Very prompt replies regarding information for my property , and, extremely helpful dealing with an issue I had with the car park. Thank you Stacey!

Stacey Linton has addressed the problem affecting my property in a timely and efficient manner. She is always pleasant and helpful with nothing seeming to be too much trouble.

I have been generally pleased with the service that Sapphire has provided, particularly noting their cleaning contractor, J J Cleaning Services, and the wonderful Justyna, who does a fantastic job, and is always friendly, willing to help and go the extra mile.

I’ve lived in a property managed by Sapphire for a few years now, and Sapphire have always been extremely helpful, providing information and resolving matters in a timely manner. My most recent query (regarding a pet request) was dealt with by Stacey. Stacey was very polite, helpful, professional, and pleasant to talk to via email. I am very happy with the service she provided. Thank you :)

From my experience with Sapphire I have had no issues. Any concerns so far have been met within a timely was sort out with emails. I have had many quick and accurate responses from Stacey and Julia.They have been thoroughly professional and helpful at all times.
