Matthew came to visit us and view our property. he was very professional and friendly, felt like having a friend over. he gave us a very in-depth talk about the process of selling the house and what options we had. he came prepared with information about other properties that had sold within our area to base the value of our property on. highly recommend!

Matthew was just the best. he was punctual, patient and professional. my husband and i are not familiar with colchester so understandably we took a few wrong turns along the way. matthew was able to see the humour in it even though we kept him waiting. very impressed and would recommend connells.

After a period of 7 months a sale that should have gone through much quicker. buyer messed about a lot. so mortgage offer was running out. we were down to two days left before sale fell through. glenda in sales was like amazing. she chased all parties and even stayed at work over two hours extra on her time to get the sale exchanged.i really believe without glenda the sale may have fallen through. she’s certainly an asset to connells.
