My daughter needed a Spanish visa for a year as an au pair in Spain. We hadn’t realised how tricky this was going to be but once we started the process it quickly became evident that it was not for the faint- hearted. From our first conversation, Jayne was amazing, she knew so much about the process (which has been changing rapidly in the last few months) and the issues that came up for people trying to obtain this elusive visa! She was so knowledgable about everything and basically guided us through every step. She was easily contacted and responded very quickly to any calls or emails. She was able to provide translations and organise an agent to get documents apostilled very promptly. My daughter is so happy and has just started her au pair job and I am absolutely certain that without Jayne she would be still in the UK, battling an almost impossible system and having to re- think her year.
