LM Roofing

I called LM Roofing team when my flat roof over an outside porch started leaking again, after having only been replaced two years go. Having had a previous roofer do substandard work and not come back to fix it it was really important for me to trust owner of LM Roofing and feel reassured that he would both do a good job and give a meaningful guarantee. I found him from enthusiastic local recommendations and when he came to quote he was friendly and easy to talk to. His friendly team came to do the job and I was really pleased with their thoroughness and I would definitely recommend the company.

Have had 3 lots of work completed by this company now. Excellent response time very cooperative and amenable. Work excellent. Would be first stop for any further work. Thank you to Leigh and team for all your help.

I contacted LM because I had a small leak on the landing. Leigh came around and checked the roof we agreed to repair part of the ridge which was missing a lot mortar. Leigh was easy to talk to and patiently explained what he thought the problem was. One of his employee carried out the work on the ridge and apparently changed some roof tiles too. All went well. The leak seems resolved now. It was a bit expensive but I am satisfied with their work and the fact that they were polite and professional, they made the job stress free.

Totally AVOID if you want a good job done. I had them round to fix a leaking roof which still leaked after they left. They didn't look inside the roof to see where the leak was coming from, just chose to work from the outside without any exploration. They left gaps between tiles and dry and crumbly cement mix which was falling out in places. After it rained it carried on leaking; they came back and replaced the work they did, but this time the leaks were worse and water ran down the inside walls. I got a different roofer who took twice as long for a little less money and took tiles right back and replaced underlay. And the reviews are mainly fake and bought. The reviewers typically give 5 star reviews across the country for the same type of roofing businesses.

Used these guys about a week ago. I rang to get a quote having develloped a leak, they were very helpful. Did the survey and quote that afternoon and to my surprise said they could fit me in the following day. Great service, very good prices, can't fault them. Won't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
