Lenz security recently took over the management of our home alarm system. They improved on the current set up, adding additional sensors, which were not covered by the original installation. In addition, they consulted on and installed a CCTV system. All of this was connected to secure apps so we can access and control the system from anywhere. Their approach and communication has been excellent throughout the process. We felt sure that they were knowledgeable, and attentive to our requests, explaining everything we needed to know. There installation went smoothly, and was free of mess. The new cameras and sensors are discrete. What's better is that they installed the additional features for less money, with more equipment than the original company offered. Their ongoing support package is significantly cheaper than the original company. Overall, a great service from a local company.

We were looking for an independent company to install an intruder and smoke alarm system, where as a customer we were valued and what we wanted was heard rather than being sold something we didn't want or need. These guys were brilliant, they turned up when they said they would, the quote was good and the installation completed without any issues. Their customer service skills were spot on and both guys we met were approachable, kind and friendly and went above and beyond, we look forward to seeing you again for our annual service. Outstanding. My partner had an issue setting the alarm last night. Which was a big concern as I was working away. I messaged Lenz Security LATE in the evening. Within 2 minutes, I had a reply that they were looking into it on their system. They found the issue and reset it within 16 minutes of my first message. The alarm was set and worked fine. That right there showed the value of of using Lenz Security.

We used Lenz a couple of years ago to install security alarms at our commercial unit. From the get go Andy was very professional & honest. Price was fair and he wasn’t salesy like some of the bigger companies. The work carried out was of good quality but more importantly the after care has been better than expected.
