Great service today had a problem with two different sized shoes given. excellent service by staff who sort it all out with no fuss.

What amazing staff you have!!! I brought my autistic daughter in store (i don't do this much as it's challenging but I needed her feet measured) straight away a lovely staff member came over to us and helped us. She said if we need the store music lowered to let her know (my daughter had her ear defenders on) and that she had experience in autism. She was so fab I forgot to get her name. I think she mentioned she's autistic herself. I can describe her as young, some lovely eye makeup and some fabulous facial piercings. She was so kind to us. After measuring feet we left the store for a brain break for my daughter. We returned about 10 mins later, greeted by another lady member of staff. She was called lily. Who helped us complete our purchase and went above and beyond. Both ladies went above and beyond. I would love them both to receive some recognition for such amazing customer service.

Despite it being very busy, the staff were quick, helpful and friendly. We got what we wanted quickly. Shame some of the back to school shoppers had lost their manners - the shop was busy but the staff were getting around everyone as quickly as possible.
