Safestore Self Storage Colchester

A clean, safe place to store my mother's furniture. The whole operation is smoothly run and feels personal to you. Every member of staff was incredibly helpful and sympathetic. Nothing was ever a problem. Will recommend and use again.

Very friendly and helpful, really need your own transport to get there as the bus service is every 2 hours! (93)or a 15 minute walk to the 2 bus stop (every 30 minutes). Good storage space so well worth it!

Excellent experience! Jo was fantastic, she was enthusiastically helpful and so friendly. What would have been a very stressful relocation was made so much easier with a friendly face. She assessed our storage size and immediately problem solved when it was realised that we had booked a storage room that was too small.

From the start my enquiry was handled quickly and efficiently, and in a friendly manner. The quotes we were given were very competitive and we decided to go with Safestore. The paperwork and set up was painless, and the staff were very helpful. On arriving for the first time to drop off our items, we were greeted and escorted to our lock up, which was clean and tidy.
