My husband and I always book our holidays through tui as Ryan in the colchester branch is helpful and very knowledgeable at his job , nothing is to much trouble for him and he goes that extra mile to make sure we get exactly the kind of holiday we want, I would recommend anyone thinking of going away to book through tui .

We popped in on a Saturday and book 7 nights in Tenerife for the following Friday. Absolutely no issues at all. Everything went to plan and the resort, flights and transfers were all spot on. The only thing was, we asked for a room that was above the ground floor, this didn’t happen but actually worked in our favour so I can’t complain about that! Superb holiday and we’ll definitely book through TUI again!

The team in TUI Colchester are second to none. We as a family have used this branch to book our last five holidays with a wedding included. Each and every time the service, help, advice and council has been perfect. The energy and enthusiasm given by the team nether subsides wether it’s morning, lunch or afternoon. We would recommend this team to anyone looking for a break.

We have booked another couple of holidays at TUI colchester. Would like to thank Ryan for all his help in making sure our holiday arrangements were exactly what we wanted. He also phoned the flight centre to ensure the bottle of champagne we wanted was ordered.
