I've been using It'seeze Colchester for several years and have had a number of sites done by Oliver and the team. The service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. The editing suite is simple to use, making it really easy to edit content myself. If I do get stuck Oliver always helps me out as well as showing me tips and tricks for future use. The team at It'seeze have been extremely helpful during the process of setting up our new website. They have provided lots of supporting videos to ensure I can maintain and update our new website on my own but knowing they are still there, on the other end of the phone or an email, to offer support should I need it is a great help and bonus as well. I can’t recommend It’seeze enough!! Throughout the pandemic on several occasions I contacted Oliver and his team to ask them to put updates on my website and this was always done very promptly. More recently I have had to make other changes/updates to my website including adding an online booking facility and Tina and her colleagues were incredibly helpful at arranging this for me. They are also very nice people to deal with, and also great at helping me to understand how I can make certain changes to the website myself through the use of helpful instructional videos.
