I've been in and around tech for nearly 20 years. I teach it, I fix it and I enjoy it. However, on a recent journey abroad, my WordPress site developed a serious problem that I was unable to fix. It was one of those times when you need to call in someone trustworthy and competent to get things back to normal – and as quickly as possible! After a lot of searching, step forward, Website Design Ltd. Within an hour of making contact, Matt, and then Matthew, were on my case. Not only did they provide a lightning-fast diagnostic of what the problem was, they pointed me in the direction of a really cost-effective solution that would also save me a lot of money going forward. The resolution and repair required some serious work 'under the bonnet' that needed expertise that I didn't have – and clearly Website Design Ltd did! It didn't cost the earth to get everything sorted, as their prices are very reasonable. I especially liked that they worked 'out of hours' for me to meet some personal deadlines at my end. Fantastic! Having taught 'communication skills' to a few (hundred) organisations 'in my previous life', these guys ticked all the boxes - polite, professional, regular, timely and in a language I could understand. As a result, I always knew 1. What they'd done; 2. how they were progressing, and 3. what was happening next. I'm getting to an age now where excellent customer service for me is more of an exception, than a rule! I might just have to rewrite the rules now and cannot recommend Website Design Ltd highly enough. Big thanks everyone!

This is my second collaboration with the WDL team for a website development project and once again I had the pleasure of working with a fantastic team. Even though the industry for which we were building the website was relatively unfamiliar to me compared to my previous experience, Elliot displayed remarkable skill in extracting information from my thoughts and creating a well-structured sitemap and brief. Finn's design work was nothing short of excellent. Despite my numerous indecisions and requests, he showed the utmost patience and delivered beautiful designs and new branding. Jamie's role in building the website was equally impressive, incorporating great features that will enable our small business, lacking an in-house design team, to easily manage and maintain a professional website in the future. Daniel was a fantastic project manager and a great support throughout the whole process. As a small business venturing into website development without the backing of an in-house marketing team, the support, patience, and expertise demonstrated by the entire WDL team were invaluable. I am excited to collaborate with them again in future endeavors!

We approached WDL with the requirements of a new website to improve on our existing out of date, static website. WDL took our requirements and built a great looking gallery site for both sides of the business. Further improving on this we launched our e-commerce site aimed at the retail side in 2016. WDL have handled the marketing and ongoing support of the website ever since.

We recently had a number of accessibility issues flagged on our website that were beyond our skill set. We reached our to Website Design Ltd, and they worked with us to resolve these issues, and help our website pass the government checks. The company were extremely helpful, keeping us updated every step along the way. We were able to test and check all the changes before anything was put live. Honestly can't recommend this company enough.

Post pandemic and a few years into using our website we are still thrilled with it. The questions WDL asked us BEFORE the design were vital to the final design and use of the website. As we have evolved we have found their help to be invaluable. Extremely fast to respond and ALWAYS with a solution.
