Mr Harry Mcginn, the Assistant Manager from Enterprise really looked after us today. He made sure we were happy with everything, and explained the dropping off procedure and anything to do with a damage report, fuel level, and assured me and my PA, Mr Bob. He said “it was perfect”. The Enterprise Team at Colchester gave exceptional service. Exactly the vehicle we wanted to attend our son’s wedding and then go on holiday with after. Charlie and Josh were very helpful. The female colleague when booking the vehicle over the phone was excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

James at Enterprise was brilliant. He was very accommodating and answered all my questions with ease. Was greeted with a smile. The manager also went above and beyond to resolve an issue which was stemmed from my insurance company. It was hugely appreciated. Great service overall.
