I went to Naomi's Pregnancy Yoga classes and LOVED my time spent there! Naomi is welcoming, knowledgable and creates such a secure friendly environment in her classes - felt at ease as soon as walking through the door. I particularly loved how she explains adaptations of moves depending on what stage of pregnancy you are in and noted particular moves which could be good to release certain tensions with an ever growing belly. I was anxious about starting Yoga into my third trimester, feeling like I might of ‘missed out’, but it was at that it became most valuable to ease the aches of pregnancy and most importantly connect with myself and baby. I can’t recommend her classes enough.
