Chrissie has been my regular teacher for about 8 years. her teaching has transformed my practice. classes are accessible, nurturing and fun.
As a newcomer to yoga, chrissie gave the perfect introduction for me. she seamlessly integrates newcomers into her classes with a warm and calming welcome. i can safely say, having regularly attended over the years, my mind and body have been transformed - i will continue to attend living joy yoga with chrissie - it has become a vital part of my weekly routine.
I love saturday morning yoga with chrissie! her calming voice and gentle nature make for a relaxed, breath focused session. each pose is explained with care and we are never encouraged to push ourselves past our bodies limits. i would definitely recommend to anyone looking for yoga classes in colchester!
Chrissie is an incredible yoga teacher. her classes enable you to find inner strength, have a little laugh and smile - and develop an awareness of simple movements and breathing techniques that will help you throughout your entire life. i have been to her classes in person and online for a number of years and always come away feeling like a load has been lifted and some essential kindness and connection to the earth has been restored.
After a yoga class with chrissie i always feel like i have had a break from the vigours of everyday life. her classes are easy to follow and enjoyable, with a little something new to practice each session. her reassuring guidance helps build strength and flexibility with body and mind feeling totally relaxed like after a good massage! chrissie joy yoga is a brilliant yoga teacher and i would definitely recommend her classes and block booking a series.
