I can safely say, having regularly attended over the years, my mind and body have been transformed - I will continue to attend Living Joy Yoga with Chrissie - it has become a vital part of my weekly routine.
I love Saturday morning yoga with Chrissie! Her calming voice and gentle nature make for a relaxed, breath focused session. Each pose is explained with care and we are never encouraged to push ourselves past our bodies limits. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for yoga classes in Colchester!
Chrissie is an incredible yoga teacher. Her classes enable you to find inner strength, have a little laugh and smile - and develop an awareness of simple movements and breathing techniques that will help you throughout your entire life. I have been to her classes in person and online for a number of years and always come away feeling like a load has been lifted and some essential kindness and connection to the earth has been restored.

Her reassuring guidance helps build strength and flexibility with body and mind feeling totally relaxed like after a good massage!
