The tree room is a beautiful, tranquil space in the centre of colchester, offering an amazing array of healing modalities. i teach regular yoga there and absolutely love the studio, and my clients also remark on the beautiful energy of the studio when they come in. jo the owner is also a pleasure to work with and she offers lots of support to the people that rent space at this wonderful centre. i highly recommend - check out their website and see all that they have to offer.

I have been using the tree room for years now as a customer and more recently as a therapist myself. as others have said, there really is something magical and very soothing about the energy of the place. i feel instantly calmer when i enter. there are a vast array of practitioners to choose from, many of whom are experts in their field and i have experienced first-hand the benefits of working with them on my own health & wellbeing. lastly, as a practitioner, i am always happy to work with clients at the tree room for all the reasons described above. but also because jo, the owner is kind, approachable and always has people's best interests at heart. she provides the flexibility and support that is needed by self-employed therapists which is much appreciated.
