Helen is AMAZING, she has been my anchor these last few years. When I started seeing her a few years ago my digestive system was a mess and I had been housebound for weeks. The Hospital scheduled various invasive tests, but before the appointments came in the acupuncture treatments resulted in significant improvements to my symptoms. I delayed the tests and within a couple of months, the symptoms had completely gone. Then covid hit, I missed seeing her for around 2 years during Covid as I was shielding my Dad who I was caring for and my health gradually deteriorated. Different health issues this time, but once again she is now helping me to get stronger. Initially, I needed weekly treatments, but I quickly improved and moved to monthly. I cannot recommend her enough.
