Helen is amazing, she has been my anchor these last few years. when i started seeing her a few years ago my digestive system was a mess and i had been housebound for weeks. the hospital scheduled various invasive tests, but before the appointments came in the acupuncture treatments resulted in significant improvements to my symptoms. i delayed the tests and within a couple of months, the symptoms had completely gone. then covid hit, i missed seeing her for around 2 years during covid as i was shielding my dad who i was caring for and my health gradually deteriorated. different health issues this time, but once again she is now helping me to get stronger. initially, i needed weekly treatments, but i quickly improved and moved to monthly. i cannot recommend her enough.
