What can I say .. with a project with no floor plans for my new build and very little to go by on drawing new drawings to present to the local authorities i could not have chosen best people to do the impossible task for me . I had planing granted straight away but not only that . Having issues with pipe work running through my land Lee was able to adjust every issue to spec and gone above and beyond his duties to satisfy SWW on the second set of drawings as well the local Cornish council . I highly recommend this firm as I saw a professional approach , understanding costumer needs and added extras with a short time frame on performing demanded tasks . I am a very happy costumer and I will certainly be using this firm again. Thank you 🙏
