I would like to express my satisfaction and gratitude for the professional and excellent work chloe pitt of laurence associates, truro applied when i found myself in an unfortunate planning situation. my situation was to say the least precarious and winning my planning application meant the world to me. i would have lost my home and my life's work if we had not succeeded and it was far from an easy case to win. chloe was both sympathetic and level headed, fighting to achieve a positive result, and most importantly never giving up. chloe is extremely knowledgeable and capable and i cannot recommend her and the laurence associates team highly enough.
