We have had excellent after-care service from West Country Blinds. We were advised to send a photo of a broken pulley on our outdoor blind to them & Lewis, made enquiries on our behalf to source a replacement. He sent a photo to us to check the new pulley would be compatible & then posted it off to us free of charge. All is working fine again now & we are so grateful for their efficient service on quite a small part but nevertheless important to us. Grateful Thanks Lewis & the team.
