PC Tonkin & Son

I cannot recommend this garage highly enough. first time using them for my mot as i had previously been ripped off before with another garage. very friendly staff and efficient. the gentleman who motd my car was very professional as was the other staff member managing the reception. a nice touch that they have drinks and a clean room for you to wait whilst they work on your car. will be back. look no further.

On holiday and yes as always the radiator decided it wanted a hole in it. phoned green flag who arrange a tow truck from tonkins to take us to their garage. it took 3 days to fix, not tonkins fault as vauxhall parts are always slow to get hold of, especially when they deliver the wrong radiator!, you have a tendency to panic when on holiday and the car breaks down but felt i was in save hands, which proved absolutely correct. i hope i don’t use tonkins again as that would mean i would of broken down again whist on holiday ! but highly recommended for there friendly approach, professional attitude and good service john sanders west midlands

Roadside breakdown, called green flag and immediately got a call from bill at tonkins who was out to see me with a colleague within 30mins, polite and confident that they could do a temp repair and get me home safely. many thanks lads top service!

Broke down and was recovered by a very nice gentleman and given a courtesy car fortunately the courtesy car van breakdown and billy came out to help and gave us another courtesy car which unfortunately on saint austell bypass broke and he stayed with us until recovery fully came and then in his van took us to get another car he went above and beyond in my opinion is duties as did the other two gentleman his name is i do not know they are a credit to the company. andour daughter i said thank you very much
