Took my daughters phone in as she had fluff stuck in her charging port. they got it out and didn't charge which was really nice of them! definitely recommend and will be back again for any phone related problems in the future!

Pixel 6 pro screen replacement. every other phone shop were quoting more than a refurb (as parts are so hard to get hold of). phone tech manage to chase down the part and fit for a really reasonable price that made the phone worth fixing. they fit a case and screen protector too which was a nice surprise. really helpful and friendly service. parked right outside both times.

Massive props to phonetech, travelling down from london when my phone stopped charging, tried multiple phone-repair shops throughout truro & they recommended i buy a new charging port, which would cost anything between 80-100 pounds. stopped into phonetech, spoke to ollie in there and within 2 minutes he had it working. turns out it was just some pocket fluff clogging the port. no further action required at all. didn’t charge me a penny & wouldn’t even take a tip lol. thank you so much mate, massively appreciated. 10/10, recommended for any honest review on your device

Ollie and matt were amazing when helping deal with my iphone which has been dropped in the sea! really helpful in checking whether it was salvageable. after various different attempts, it was too damaged to fix and ollie hasn't charged me even for the time they spent testing it. they've also been greatly helpful in providing information for me to give to me insurance company. thanks guys!

Ollie is extremely helpful. nothing was too much trouble for him. sourced a battery for my dead phone and transferred all my photos over to my new phone so nothing was lost. great prices for screen protectors and sd cards. will be recommending to anyone with phone queries/repairs. thank you so much :)
