TekStore - Apple Authorised Service Provider

My baby knocked over a drink on my laptop and the guys at the tekstore were so great. they filed an insurance report promptly so i could provide proof to the insurance company. they sold me a refurbished laptop and took care of all the data transfer that they were able to rescue from my old laptop. i was so relieved that they saved all my photos and special memories. thank you! outstanding service.

Went into the store hoping for help with my ipad air, i don’t know what i’d done but was locked out of both of my email accounts, as each was the others recovery, i explained my dilemma to shaun, he was an absolute star within 10 minutes he’d tapped away and my emails where restored, he was great, very friendly and knowledgable, i took a chance that they would be able to help me, so many places are not interested unless they are selling you something, when the time comes to renew my tech i will most certainly come here. many thanks once again.

These guys honestly saved our bacon - travelled to newquay on boardmasters weekend with the wrong charger for my laptop, they were so flipping kind and let us borrow their shop charger for 24hours to finish some important work meetings before the weekend. saved us spending £100 on a charger we really didn't need after the weekend. this was so unexpected and kind, how many shops can you say that about?! heroes.

I would highly recommend this place for any service/repairs. i left my laptop for a screen replacement and the guys helped me sort it out quickly and gave me all the important information regarding the variety etc. they were a great help.

Very highly recommended tech support. called in twice before returning up country and each time the help received was exemplary. friendly, supportive and genuinely happy to help each time. will be back later this month as i have two iphone batteries which need replacing.
